      I can't say enough wonderful things about Leo. He did my fence and it's exactly what I wanted. Since he did such a great job, I also hired him to install a down draft vent for my kitchen.      Leo and crew were highly professional. Fair price, prompt, kept work site very clean, very respectful. Work included yard re-grading, sod, installed sprinkler system, installed bender board trim around entire back yard, and placed gravel and pavers throughout back yard. Entire back yard completed within 2 days. I will hire this company again when we re-do the front yard.

 

 

 

     Leo is fantastic. He's professional and responsive. He was extremely patient with us and our neighbors as we took our time to come to an agreement on the fence we share. As soon as we came to a conclusion on the details, Leo had the fence torn down and replaced in less than a week. I wouldn't hesitate to call Leo for our next project.

 

 

 

     Over the last few months Leo and his team have replaced my roof, installed new wood and tile floors, and updated my kitchen and bathrooms. We purchased a "fixer" in a great location in Fair Oaks while selling our home in Texas. I was back and forth between here and Texas during most of the work and Leo went out of his way to work long distance, often over the phone, and was great when we changed our minds in mid-project. The results are exactly what we wanted and the cost was very reasonable. Leo recommended subcontractors for the granite and cabinets and ensured they delivered great quality while hitting our move time-line. We still have work to do on the outside and Dreams2Reality will once again be who I call!

 

 

 

     I hired Leo to redo the landscaping in my back and front yard, 1/4 acre total. He and his crew were fantastic, completely professional and did the work in the time they said and even added last minute things when I thought of them. I absolutely love my yard and will recommend them to anyone I know.

 

 

 

     HIRE THIS JACK OF ALL TRADES! I have had a great experience working with Leo from Dreams2Reality Construction. My wife and I bought an old house and our Realtor highly recommended Leo to give us estimates for some of the work that would need to be done. His prices were very reasonable and he was very cost conscientious. We ultimately hired him and his work for us included jacking up and supporting a crooked entry staircase, repairing dry rot and termite damage and replacing support beams in our garage, repairing a cast iron sewer pipe, demo work for our kitchen, replacing floor underlayment, and some minor plumbing work. Leo is also a good adviser and has a great network of people that he will refer you to. He recommended a custom cabinet builder who built beautiful kitchen cabinets at a very low price for the quality of work. Finally, Leo was able to schedule the work to be done quickly and completed projects when he said he would.
